Veteran Rap Group, The Outlawz, who was founded by Tupac Shakur, presents a worldwide tour to celebrate the spirit of his legend. The group was created surrounding unity, the love of Hip Hop, and above all to remain to uplift street motivation with raw ghetto gospel for their fans.
